Permanent Living

There is certainly a wide range of choices available including luxuriously appointed 2 or 3 bedroom new manufactured homes and preloved 1 or 2 bedroom homes. A residential site agreement is required as per the Residential Parks Act 1998. Upon purchase of a home, you then own that home and lease the land from the village. Holiday Vans

These consist of preloved homes, cabins and caravans with annexes. They come under the Holiday Parks (long term casual) Occupation Act 2002 and cannot be used as a permanent residence. Please see our for sale page for holiday vans.

Our powered ensuite sites give you the flexibility of holidaying with your own caravan or campervan and also having the use of your own ensuite.
